As a real estate agent since 1981, my goal has always been to offer "Moore" service to satisfy and meet the needs and goals of my clients during their real estate transaction. I pride myself for being organized and communicating with my clients every step of the way. Working with me you will realize that I am someone that truly cares for her clients and wants to provide as much support needed while making the largest purchase of your lives.

I was born and raised in Benicia, CA where I married my high school sweetheart in 1966. My husband worked for PG&E and was lucky enough to travel all around Northern California, which is how we fell in love with this beautiful area. Our dream was to raise our two sons near the Sierra Nevada Mountains and therefore in 1973 we moved to El Dorado County.

Prior to real estate, I worked in the business department at Southern Pacific Railroad in San Francisco. After my sons Rich and Dave were born I taught K-3 special education children at Pollock Pines Elementary School. I started my real estate career in 1981 as the Manager for two Coldwell Banker offices in El Dorado County and also served as a member of the board of directors for El Dorado County Association of Realtors. We then moved to Sacramento Greenhaven/Land Park area in 1985 to be closer to our sons doctor and I began working at Greenhaven Realtors.

I finally joined the Lyon Real Estate Auburn office in 1995 and have found my home in this office and in the Placer County area. Throughout my real estate career I have been in the Master's Club in El Dorado, Sacramento and Placer Counties. I am also very involved in the community as a member of the Auburn Chamber of Commerce, American River Soroptimists Club, Auburn Elks Club, Auburn Valley Golf Club and serving on the Placer County Grievance committee.

Outside of work I enjoy camping with my husband in our motor home, traveling and spending time with our family as well as kayaking, golf, fishing, house boating, biking, water skiing, snow skiing, riding our scooters, and sailing. We have a sweet large Labradoodle named Max and a Maine Coon cat named Precious.

Most of my life has been dedicated to raising two wonderful sons with my husband Harlan and spending time with my four beautiful grandchildren. My family is the most import thing in the world to me. I know that it's not how much money, success or fame that you have, it's all about my family and friend's health and wellbeing that are important. When I leave this earth my children and grandchildren will be my true success!

I am a woman independently buying my first home. Pam Moore stood by me and provided guidance as I looked for homes and began to realize the limitations of my budget. When I found the home that I eventually bought, Pam was on the phone immediately working with the seller's agent, the mortgage lender, and the title company to ensure that I could, due to her negotiation skills, make a successful offer at a price that I could afford. She even negotiated for all the major appliances and a suite of bedroom furniture to be included with the sales price. She guided me through all the inspections and helped me realize any critical issues with my new home, and what issues were "easy fixes." In the end, Pam stood with me through a challenging sale, due to the seller's issues with their trust, making sure I had fire insurance and title insurance and never wavered in her belief that I would become the proud owner of the home where I now sit on my deck in the evening sun watching the birds fly through the trees. Thank you Pam Moore--This lady knows her stuff and knows how to be sweet, to be tough, and how to hold your hand while she gets it done!

It is clear to us that selling houses is more than just a job for Pam. It is a passion, a mission, and a service.

Pam is a true professional in that she kept in contact throughout the process and steered us through the tangle of things that needed to be completed to finish the sale. Her husband Harlan helped out as well to get things done. Mark Korb 13151 Athena Way Auburn, CA 95603
